We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. We were so impressed we hired them to also paint other locations in the unit as well as to do the composite flooring in the entire condo, including labor intensive removal and disposal of tile.
