Very good job with flooring install but didnâ t put the toilet back in correctly and it leaked. They did return the very next day and fixed the leak though.

Did a good job ripping out tile in bathroom and installing wood slats but did a very messy job caulking around tub and toilet. Also left fingerprints on door and scraped part of the wall. They left without telling me which is what I objected to.

Poor customer service they kept cancelling, stalling and rescheduling. Then they delivered the wrong wood, and they blamed me for the incorrect wood being delivered. Then they couldn't continue with the delivery today even after canceling for the 2 past days already. I would like to wait for them to be able top complete the job inhopes I can change this rating.

The best contractor ever.

Very poor customer service and sales tactics. I was informed the entire vinyl flooring and carpet would be a 6 day job. I was advised by the vinyl flooring crew that carpet install would be a completely separate crew and I would have to ask the owner when that would be. When I called the weekend before to see of the install was still happening, I implicitly asked the owner if all supplies were received, which he checked and said, yes. After calling the office twice (they are not proactive and do not call you), I was informed the carpet wasn't in yet and they would let me know when they would install. Since I never received a call back, I called the following week to find out that my install would be in 2 weeks, over 2 not consecutive days. Again, no communication regarding this. Lastly, 3 extra boxes of vinyl flooring left in my garage would not be refunded, as they're mine to keep. Again, more dishonesty and poor business practices. Had I known that I'd be charged for extra boxes of flooring I do not want and a month long install for 2500 sq ft - I would've certainly chosen another contractor.

I had carpet and linoleum removed and laminate installed in living room. Five star did a great job. My new laminate floor looks beautiful

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great! Thank you Five star

5 Star is a must!!! I was at first impressed with their rating and the pitch for the job. They were on time, finished within a day and did an excellent job on flooring, baseboards and flooring that was accessible to under house. The price is reasonable and they did a follow up walk through to make sure we were happy. They are skilled and professional and always had a sincere attitude. If you question their worthiness; don t.

Getting my new hardwood floors was an excellent experience. I think the price was reasonable, the work was completed on time, the installers were courteous and cleaned up everyday. I would definitely hire them again and probably will l soon for another project

I TOLD THE CREW IN BOTH SPANISH AND IN ENGLISH TO SAVE THE GOOD CARPETING SO I COULD USE IT IN THE HALL. (THERE WAS A LOT OF GOOD CARPETING AS I HAVE A LARGE ORIENTAL RUG ON SOME AND SOME WAS UNDER THE PIANO AND SOME UNDER THE DINING ROOM TABLE. THEY UNDERSTOOD, BUT SOMEHOW IT ALL DISAPPEARED EVEN THO THEY TOLD DAVID IT WAS IN THE GARAGE. HE CAME RIGHT OUT AND CHECKED. IT WAS NOT. THEY THEN PUT DOWN SOME CARPETING IN THE HALL THAT HAD A BIG STAIN ON IT AND WHEN I SAID MY CARPETING NEVER HAD A BIG STAIN ON IT, THEY SCRUBBED IT, BUT IT DID NOT COME OUT AND WHEN I CALLED, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME THE SAME DAY, BUT DID NOT. I CALL, BUT THEY DO NOT GET BACK. I WOULD LIKE THIS RESOLVED. DAVID IS NICE, AND HIS WORKERS KNOW HOW TO LAY FLOORING, BUT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM, GOOD LUCK GETTING IT RESOLVED.

After having problems with the original installer 5Star took over and did a great and timely job. Very pleased

David and his team were excellent. Thank you David. We love our carpet and floor!
