Mitchell Painting Did everything that was promised on the estimate and more. The quality of the work using Sherwinn Williams premium paint transformed our house from being dull to now we are getting compliments from strangers and passersby saying how sharp the house looks. All this curb appeal is due to Mitchell Painting doing a first rate job. Tgey started by sanding ‘all’ the surface areas, then priming critical areas that required repair work prior to being painted. Their attention to detail coupled with back rolling between the two coats of paint provided an each catching finish. I cannot be more happy with the results. I will recommend them to anyone who needs painting. They are now the first I will call for future painting. I cannot say enough good things about the output and end product results. Worth every penny spent!

This is the the second job we've hired Mitchell's Painting to do for us. In 2018 Jesse and his crew painted our stucco exterior and they did a fabulous job. We were very concerned about how the old, dry material would suck up new paint so Jesse was very knowledgable and accommodating about priming and putting on a really good coat of finish. He and his crew were also very detailed about working on all the trim. Fast forward to 2025 and we need the interior (10-12 foot tall) painted, including almost all our trim work. We also had 14 - 8 foot tall doors removed & sprayed in a booth they set up in the garage. Jesse knew that I was concerned that the 20 year, slightly beaten up, trim look nice, so he's been very good about sanding, caulking, filling holed, sinking stray nailheads. I'm so happy we hired him again as the job is progressing really well. You would not be disappointed in Jesse Mitchell's services. He's local and been around a long time, is trustworth and pet friendly.

Jesse, the owner, informed me on all steps needed, gave me a reasonable quote, and even helped me choose the right stain color. Jesse and his crew did an amazing job! From contact to completion it only took 10 days to paint my entire interior including sanding/painting doors, and power washing/staining 2 outdoor decks. This is the second time I have worked with him and he is a true pro!

Absolutely amazing work done on our home! It was in very bad shape after years of the snow in South Lake Tahoe Jesse is fantastic to work with. He provided great advice, went above and beyond to help us with colors, and taught us the latest and greatest in terms of painting expertise. Jesse and his team are wonderful, extraordinary people. There was minimum preliminary discussion (e.g. color, prep, etc). They power washed the exterior, allowed it to dry, scraped off old flaky paint, sanded, and painted. I didn't like the color first coat, and without objection they adjusted it to my liking and applied that new color on the second coat. What a difference it made. My house looks so much better now. They were fast and efficient, neat and clean; at an affordable price. Thank you Jesse.

The painters arrived on time everyday and worked diligently till evening. They were very professional and approachable throughout the job. I was impressed by their knowledge which obviously comes with experience. I was even more impressed finding that they were hand sanding in hard to reach places for the paint to take better. They installed all new weather stripping around my exterior doors and cleaned up their mess when finished. I would not hesitate to refer Mitchell’s Painting to anyone.

We were very happy with Jesse and his crew doing the work on our home in Rescue. He gave us great recommendations, kept us in the loop on timing, stayed on schedule, kept the job site clean, and the results are excellent. With a south-facing side that gets hammered with sun all day, we had a lot of prep with window trim and T-111 panel replacement. Jesse got it done in the heat of summer and we are so pleased with the results of the exterior paint that we are having him do some interior work as well. I highly recommend his work.

Before we moved into our newly purchased home, we had Mitchell's Painting Enterprise paint our entire home inside and out. He did a thorough meticulous job. His crew spent a lot of time prepping everything like removing light fixtures to paint underneath. There were no errant paint puddles anywhere. It was a quality job, and we are glad we hired a professional instead of doing it ourselves. Worth every penny with the high-quality. outcome.
