When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."
