"Overall experience was okay. Be cautious of over promising and under delivery. Sales agent pleasant & helpful (over promises). Office scheduler very nice & helpful. Foreman needs to learn better customer service like return calls & pay attention during home visits so he can communicate what his workers need to do on the project. He needs to follow through with what he says he will do (still waiting on him to resolve issue with soft spots/buckling on my floor). Construction crew did good work installing cabinets, covering the window, & installing the floor. Tile guy did an awesome job on the backsplash & completing the smaller jobs like touchups and installing my toe kick. Electricians did good work but should ask questions before opening up a sealed access door. Plumber needs to learn basics of plumbing... turn off the water to the house before working under the kitchen sink. Counter guy needs help with better customer service (didn't seem very happy doing the job) & scheduling (didn't show up on follow-up visit and has not returned any of my text messages). They need padding/better padding on the cart arms to transport the counter from the truck to the kitchen island so it does not get scratched. Sales agent said they could install a popup outlet on my counter; I explained that I wanted it flush w/my counter. The counter guy did not have the right tools to make the proper grommet hole to make it flush with the counter."

There are a few ways to check whether your tub is fiberglass or acrylic. If your tub is a color other than white, then your tub is likely acrylic (as fiberglass tubs are usually white). Check to see if there is discoloration on the bottom of the tub, because if it’s yellowed, then you can be fairly sure it’s fiberglass.

Also, fiberglass tubs have thinner edges and are cool to the touch. Acrylic, on the other hand, is either room temperature or warm to the touch.

This prevents mold and keeps the tub ready for your next soaking session. Also, certain cleaners that are harmful to your tub can cause damage. And if you have a fiberglass tub, you might see cracks if it was not installed properly with the right support.

Acrylic tubs are extremely durable and rarely chip or crack. Even when frequently used, tubs made with this material are largely resistant to damage. However, damage may occur as the tub ages. They can also crack from damage from heavy objects and cleaners or a lack of support.
