Fantastic in every way. They were professional, prompt, and in every way craftsmen. I had had a bathroom done in another residence in Ohio and it developed into a five month nightmare. GI finished to job within a month and made sure everything was perfect . Many thanks to Issac and the craftsmen that work for them. A job well done.

The results were outstanding! We are so proud of the home that GI Construction built for us. The place looks spectacular and we were finished on time and on budget. Isaac Prives was our project manager and he was a wonderful leader for the job and a caring partner to us. We were able to take advantage of their corporate discounts, which saved us a substantial amount of money. My wife & I were pleased beyond even our highest expectations.
I think much of our success was because we planned out this project very carefully & specifically with Isaac, so that at virtually every stage of the construction, decisions were already made, supplies were already selected/purchased/ready. My wife & I have done this a few times before, and we share & know each other's tastes. Isaac, however, opened our eyes to a whole new level of options, ideas, etc., so the project also felt new & fresh for us. This was a real treat, much more so than other projects my wife & I have done in other cities (e.g. Sudbury, MA; Windham, NH; Newport Beach, CA, etc.) with other construction crews.
Isaac's crew were professional & conscientious. We trusted them and they delivered... big time.

Overall the project went very well.  Isaac was in constant contact with us and the workers.  He provided us with granite vendors and it was easy to find something we liked.
The project was delayed a couple of days due to some unexpected family illnesses of a worker.  But, we'd rather be patient with a true craftsman than work with a large company that can easily substitute a less experienced person.

We recently completed a two week project with GI Construction and could not be more pleased with our team and our results. We employed GI Construction to convert an open loft into an enclosed home office. The project consisted of erecting 2 walls, relocating several electrical outlets, adding noise dampening insulation, a new door and hardware, and finishing out the space with paint and moulding. From the initial contact, communication with Jack, our production supervisor, and Ofir, our project manager was seamless. They were available for an initial consultation almost immediately; upon arrival, we discussed the details regarding the then-proposed project and were quoted a price right on site. Throughout the project, Ofir was easily one of the most pleasant and hard working people I've had the good fortune of working with. He was present on the job site every single day ensuring that the timeline was maintained and that the renovation was progressing as expected. He stopped at absolutely nothing to make sure that we were completely satisfied with each and every step of the renovation. At one point we were having difficulty color-matching our existing paint. Ofir personally patronized two different stores on three separate occasions until the color was matched perfectly.  He was available 24/7 to happily answer any questions or address any concerns we had along the way. The team of subcontractors that GI Construction brought on to our job were outstanding. They were each masters of the craft, handled themselves in a professional manner, and were friendly and kind. They reported to work on time every day, and were a pleasure to have around our home for the duration of the project. Home renovations can be very stressful, but Ofir and the team at GI Construction made a difficult situation infinitely easier. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your own renovation, and look forward to working with them again in the future!
