We had water damage on the outside wall of our bathtub/shower enclosure.
They removed the existing window, drywalled the wall, removed the tub
and used corian on the walls and small tiles on the floor. They also
built a small corner bench inside the shower. The first time I used the
shower it leaked quite a bit into the bathroom. I had to call them to
caulk everything. Then the sides of the bench separated from the wall,
this happened 4 times, each time I had to call them to come fix it. To
this day I have duct tape covering the seams. Now two pieces of the
corian on one wall are separating letting water get behind it. Duct tape
again! The small tiles on the floor are becoming uneven thus
uncomfortable to stand on. This company is awful. Response time to
problems is terrible. Hernandez has such bad English that it is very
difficult to understand him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The work crew of 3 arrived on time at 7:00 A.M. on the scheduled day and completed the removal and replacement of 3 counter tops before noon. The plumbing crew (2) then arrived and installed the garbage disposal and faucets and the whole job was complete before 3 P.M., including removal of all the old materials. The crew put up plastic sheeting over the entrances to the kitchen to prevent dust from the work from going all over the house. As expected, however, some dust did get into adjacent rooms, but not excessively so. Overall, the workmanship was excellent and professionally done. Recommend them highly.

I guess you can say they did a fairly good job. Everything turned out good. The workers worked very quickly and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. The men were very nice and courteous. The countertop look good, and I have not had any problems with it at all. It was not a very big job, but, it turned out o.k.

I am not very pleased with this company. I mean they did do a good job with the bathroom, it was the fact that they were billing me for things that they had never done. I enquired about the billing and they insisted they had done the things they were billing me for. I cannot remember what they said they did, but I am positive they did not do it. Other than that everything is just peachy keen. Everything turned out looking the way I had expected. The entire job cost me about $5000 which I feel that it should have only cost about $4000.

We are very pleased with our new bathroom remodeled by Fernandez Construction. We received an estimated price and a time period previous to hiring this company and everything was done to the estimate. The company is professional, punctual and did a great job of remodeling our bathroom in the new Corian tile. The bathroom looks great and we are pleased with all the sub contractors work as well.
