"Hired Ricardo Borjas to paint interior rooms and repair baseboards. His painter did such a great job (fast, neat...no paint splatters) that I asked him to paint entire exterior of house. This included exterior walls and doors and patio cover. Job was done neatly and house looks beautiful. Borjas is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. My job was done well and done fast. Highly recommend!"

"I had one house entirely painted on the exterior and another house he just did the trim. Both turned out great. And it's been almost a year and the paint hasn't faded so you know he uses great paint. The house looked great and Victor made sure it was cleaned up and there was no trash left anywhere. I am a bit if a neat freak. He works efficiently and is very responsive to any concerns I had. The scheduling took a few weeks but it was understandable as it was the hottest time of the year, they are worth the wait, they do a great job."

"Original scheduled date for painting was not convient for Phil.  Had to reschedule which was not very convient for me.  They performed the work well and I was pleased with the result, however the paint smell took 3 weeks to disapate --possiblly because of the paint used and/or because the weather was hotter and could not open all the windows and doors and contributed  to my displeasure with having to reschedule when weather was an important factor.
I have some reservations about using them again.

He is a consummate professional,and to me a wonderful human being.They worked from the moment they arrived with maybe a 20 min. lunch.and did not stop until 4:00.My house is three bed, two bath.high ceilings and they were done in two days.And I can't say enough about the final results.It is more than I expected. He also told me about all the vents in all the rooms as he thought it would look bad to put them back as my Mother was a smoker.So on top fo everything else he primed and painted those at no cost to me.
