"I thought Kevin was very personable but I was disappointed in the results after reading the reviews of high praises. Deep cleaning left my carpet so wet, it actually took a day and a half to thoroughly dry even with the hot weather and fans I used overnight. Plus, it just did not look clean or refreshed as it had in the past when I used my prior carpet cleaner who used dry shampooing. So yes, my carpet is clean. Excellent carpet cleaning? Not so much."
