Kitchen - Remodel
My husband and I have been dreaming of a new kitchen for years. It wasn't until we met with Rema with LIA Construction when we knew we can finally make it happen. Out of all the quotes we received and all companies we talked to we kept going back to LIA Construction. Rema was so patient making changes to our quote that after months and months of discussion, we finally felt so comfortable that we chose them to remodel our kitchen. And Rema stayed with us through every step of the remodel and made it seamless. She helped us with our concerns our questions and even last minute changes with no issues. Rema and LIA Construction did everything possible to make our dream kitchen a reality. We are so happy with our decision because our kitchen came out so beautiful and couldn't be happier with the results.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Recently completed a very detailed remodel of the entire home. Shout out to Rema who was my assistant with bringing my concept to reality. Cad drawings and renderings with detailed were provided each step of the process. Lia Construction was transparent with all of my questions and concerns. This was a high end project that was completed on the proposed schedule. Communication was provided for each step of the remodel. My experience with Lia Construction was 100% satisfaction throughout the process. Owner Dor was consistently available each and every step of the project. My remodeled home is a masterpiece and I have Lia Construction to thank! Cabinets - Reface
We had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen reface done by Lia Construction. Can’t say enough about their work. From start to finish, they were professional in every way. Also they made sure of cleaning up after each day of work! Picking out what we needed was very successful working with the office manager, Rema! She knew exactly what my taste was from the very start and if I couldn’t find what I truly wanted, she would. The owner of the company is a true gentleman and was so kind to us during the renovation. He even sent his son to help me empty out my Kitchen being both me and my husband are seniors! What a help he was! Even now, the owner helped me out with a situation I ran into, what a great man! Kitchen - Remodel
We contracted LIA Construction to do a major remodel of our home including; relocating water lines, removing a load bearing wall and replacing with a 16 ft. support beam (including all associated permits), removing a pantry, creating a counter top peninsula with drawers on one side and seating on the other side, creating a 8? x 6? pantry, creating a built in bedroom closet to replace standard 2 sliding door closet, painting floor and ceiling of two main living areas (with up to 15 ft ceilings) and replacing 2100 sq ft flooring with 2? x 4? porcelain tiles and all associated baseboards. Needless to say it was a large, multi trade project requiring lots of coordination between the various trades and the homeowners. We received 3 bids and from the beginning their pricing was very competitive. Dror listened and seemed to understand exactly what needed to be done. LIA arranged to procure the flooring and quartz we selected and the project started on time and was finished way ahead of

LIA Construction did a great job with our kitchen remodel. No one likes living through the construction and dust and lack of a kitchen and having work crews in your home for weeks. But our end result was beautiful. 7 weeks start to finish. All our questions were answered and when a couple situations came up that we weren’t originally expecting to do, (like replacing the entire kitchen flooring with new tile), LIA handled everything professionally and in a timely manner.
We went from a small, non-user friendly kitchen to a kitchen that seems to have doubled in counter space and workable areas and is so much more functional.
Thank you Dror and Rema and José and William and Walter and Arbie and everyone else that worked on our kitchen. We are very happy clients and we would recommend LIA Construction without hesitation. We love our new kitchen.

LIA Construction does very good work. When there were problems (and there are always problems), they stepped up and resolved them. I would recommend them for your home remodeling needs. My only concern was the delays in completion, but that can happen with any large project.

Had to replace our entire master bathroom shower stall as it was causing leaks and consequently water damage. We hired LIA and they did not disappoint us. They negotiated generously on a quote for our remodel. They also installed and painted some walls and ceiling that was removed from the water damage. The shower stall was a simple project but they did a fantastic job. They were also gracious enough to dispose our old shower stall and glass door.

We love our new kitchen quartz countertops!! Rema Hannabass, Opertions Director at Lia Construction was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end of the project. She helped us with design ideas to keep within our budget. She provided options and always got back to us when we had questions The customer service was outstanding and Rema went above and beyond to transform my kitchen. The work was completed within the 2 days. Coordinating the subcontractors - plumber- electrician and painter along with Arby (spelling?) and the gentleman that cut and installed the quartz countertops did a fantastic job. They are very skilled workers and also installed plastic sheeting to contain the mess and cleaned up all debris at the end of the job. Definitely would use Lia Construction for any future projects.

TERRIBLE workmanship and CUSTOMER service!! We paid for services that are sub standard and wonâ t pass inspection. They DIDNâ T want us to get a permit and now we know why!! The workmanship is HORRIBLE!! We have had 3 different contractors come inspection and they all said they donâ t know how the plans and work should have been approved! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Dror is the owner and after canceling our project has yet to attempt to resolve our issues.

Competitive pricing, employees were on time, worked hard, friendly and had excellent workmanship. Customer Service excellent, Supervisor visited often to make sure work was excellent and timely. It was one stop shopping and cabinetry hand crafted on site. Electrician, plumber, painter, installers, etc. Were all employees which made scheduling easier.
