Kevin was exceptional and caring about my request to clean an heirloom rug of 50 years (first time cleaning) for our family. He did an awesome job. The company does shawty work, he said that if I did not approve of his work he would come back and re do it but later on he changed it and he does not stand by his work and does not do good quality work. He only promises to clean the carpet but does not remove any stains.

"I also never said I would come back and reduce the work. Recleaning would not make a visual difference. What I did say was, If the Client would hire another company to reclean and if there was an improvement visually to the carpet I would give a refund. My work stands for itself. So far I have no pictures of the new cleaning by another company."

Greg a friendly and good guy, he gave me all the information about what he was going to do. How long the process and what to do after the job is done. He was professional and handled everything he said he was going to do. I didn’t have to stand outside and watch he was doing. Would not hesitate to call him back when needed.

I had a very soiled electric recliner that needed cleaning. The cost to clean was significantly less than purchasing a new one. Kevin was AWESOME!! He was empathetic to our situation, and was able to fit me in on a moments notice. He was quick and proficient. I would and probably will use them again on a heartbeat!

I thought Kevin was very personable but I was disappointed in the results after reading the reviews of high praises. Deep cleaning left my carpet so wet, it actually took a day and a half to thoroughly dry even with the hot weather and fans I used overnight. Plus, it just did not look clean or refreshed as it had in the past when I used my prior carpet cleaner who used dry shampooing. So yes, my carpet is clean. Excellent carpet cleaning? Not so much.

"Dry time has everything to do with Mother Nature and the water absorption of your carpet. Carpets need proper air flow and if they do not get it the dry time is prolonged. The carpets from what I remember were stained and had alot of soiled so they needed proper washing out. I also remember the room did not proper air flow being a back area den. Sorry for the inconvenience however what you are upset about I or any other Carpet Cleaner would have not of been able to do anything different. Simply dry time is has everything to do with airflow after the cleaning."

Very personable, professional, fast ,informative ,clean and respectful.. Had a chair with great sentimental value that a friends cat peed in and I was completely devastated . called late in the evening and was contacted back via text within a very short time at 12:43am ...midnight. Incredible service and compassion. Will definitely have Kevin back to do other cleaning after remodel.
