"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
"Where do I even start.... If I could give Do it Your Painting & More 100 stars, I would. I recently lost my father and acquired his house that needed quite a bit of work and a fresh facelift. He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. Everything was perfect and the finished project came out 100x better than I had imagined and the smoke smell is gone! I am so thankful that the stars aligned to have found Dajuan and crew for this job. It was so nice to find someone who could tackle not only the painting but flooring installation, small kitchen remodel and stubborn ceiling fan installation. A package deal! "I was in the middle of a master bathroom renovation that I did not finish (for years!) along with a second bathroom bump-out into the first bathroom's master bedroom. Part of the master bathroom problems was a door I moved and poorly hung. Victor did a walk through stated he needed to buy supplies and that they would be in addition to the $Deal. He went, he came back with a sheet of drywall, corner beading and a sack of mud and handed me the receipt. Victor swung into action REHUNG the master bathroom door, closed up SIX wall openings with drywall, installed the corner beading and did the rough mud work on the walls. His work is AMAZING. I knew when I bought the $Deal that there was no way the he could complete all the wall work in one day...but he came close. We negotiated the price to finish the job and again he was reasonable and I reimbursed him for the supplies he bought. He also gave me an estimate on repairing the ceiling in the master bedroom. I wish I had known about Victor sooner. He lives in Henderson and he will be back working on my home many, many times. "

I must commend and recommend the exceptional products, sales staff, master craftsman installer, and the owner, ( Mr. Frank Hine). All three gentlemen have been a pleasure to work with in accomplishing the major upgrade of my home. Prior to meeting with All American Exteriors, I had met with other contractor representatives, (Sears), and was not very impressed with their products. The quality shown to me, by Sears, and prices that I was quoted was not what I was looking for. [All American Exteriors] showed me samples of the new Excalibur windows and Prodigy Insulated Siding, (over twice as thick than Sears best), and quoted a complete installation price for replacement of all windows and glass sliding door, plus the full siding installation for my entire home. I was pleasantly surprised. The total package that I received, (everything included), for less than the prior quoted price from Sears, for just their siding installation without windows! This was a no brainer! Removing the original single pane windows and sliding patio door was a job that I really dreaded. With the Expert Journeyman Carpenter performing the actual work, the removal of the existing windows and installation of the new �Excalibur� windows, went beautifully! He truly is a miracle worker. The difference in the lack of heat transference into the house was amazing! With the new wind"
