I called late in the day and no one was available that day.  They came out early the next morning in the rain and replaced the roof boots for the plumbing vent stacks.  The installer did the work quickly and we haven't had a trace of water leakage since then even with heavy rain.

They showed up on time, worked hard, produced professional results, and charged me exactly what we had agreed too.  I'm very satisfied with their service, and I would use them again.

They are too expensive. I complained back and they sent me a partial cheque. They are overpriced.

As you can see from the above date, we had a rubber roof replaced a little less than 9 years ago.  The roof leaked every winter after it was installed and Ray Werling was here on numerous occasion to try to fix it, but was never able to do so.  I was finally told that I would be charged for future trips, even though the problem was never fixed.  We just had KangaRoof tear off the Werling roof and replace it after the leaks became so bad that we had drywall and floor damage.

The Werling Team are pros! They know what they are doing. No steps left out. Top quality materials.  The crew arrived on time, and took good care of the problem.  It was awesome to get some honest advice, and not being pushed to replace the entire roof.
I would hire again!

We had used Werling a few years ago to replace our entire roof and were very pleased with their service and the quality of the job.  For that particular job, I would recommend them.  However, what happened during this minor repair was nothing short of a fiasco.
We had signed a contract with them for the repairs and specifically wrote on the contract to make sure they contacted us prior to scheduling the date of the service so we could secure our two dogs inside the house.  The day of the service, a crew of three just showed up, opened our fence gates, and one of the dogs got out.  She was injured and we had to take her to the vet.
Werling did pay for the veterinary expenses.  I was disappointed I did not hear from the Werling owner on this matter.  I feel the situation was resolved with diligence on our part. Although they billed us for the full amount, we only paid a portion of the cost of the service (minus the veterinary care and my time away from work). 
I feel it was a lesson learned for their staff and crew to ensure they confirm appointments in advance and according to the signed contract.  Again, they did a good job on our roof replacement several years earlier, just not certain I would ever use them again for minor repairs. 

I was pleased with their work. They used a new technique and it was explained to me. I like that. They cleaned up after themselves and there were no nails or anything left, so that was good. It was easy to talk and coordinate with them. I talked to one of the owners. They are going to give me an estimate tomorrow for some more work.

The work was completed and we are very happy with the job.

The salesman came back out to make sure everything was okay; he gave me other options of things I could do but they did not try to push unnecessary repairs. I was very happy with them.

He is kind of working for us in between jobs.  I am absolutely happy with the work he has done.  He is the only one I trust.  He is very trustworthy and they always stand behind whatever they do.  If I am not happy with them he always make it right.

The work was completed as agreed upon. It was a quality job. The billing was a bit haphazard, but they finally cashed the first check.

It was completed without a hitch. 

We have used Werling on several occasions to install a new roof on the house, install a new porch roof and install new gutters.  The price has always been reasonable and the work is always completed in a clean and professional manner.

They are professional, timely and it was well done.

The actual jobs went well and seemd to have been done correctly. However I was very concerned over safety issues on the roof job.  I had had back surgery so was at home when the roof work was done. The workimen showed up in a truck that had no markings at all.  On the second day of the job they brought their wives and children to help with the clean up.. On the first day, as I  speak spanish, I chatted with them, and it was  clear that the gentlemen seemed to be very nice and knew their jobs. I was uncomfortable asking more probing questions, such as to whether they directly worked for Werling, or were subs. The appearance of spouses and children on the second day obvioiusly  worried me, but as i didn't want to affect their jobs, I never complained.  I  would never use Werhling again, as it not clear if they use subs or monitor them. The contract made no mention of the use of subcontractors.

Their price was very reasonable. Their service was excellent. We had recommended them to our friend and they were very happy with them.

The job was very good and I was satisfied. They charged the same as quoted earlier. They were very thorough and reasonably priced. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They did a great job. I was on vacation when they did the work. When we came back we couldn't tell anybody had been there except there was a new roof on the house. I dealt with Judy in the office. She is the owner's wife and she runs the office. She was very nice. They had done some repair work on the roof a few years earlier. I would highly recommend them. The cleanup was great and there wasn't any garbage around. I had no complaints. I got a few other estimates and their price was right there. They did the work when they said they were going to, which was great. They did the work during the week that I was gone. They did what they said they were going to do and they were very easy to deal with.

A friend recommended this company to me. They said that the price was comparable and that the work was good. I would have gone with them, but I chose somebody else that I had used prior to this job.

They gave me an estimate. They kept their price within their estimate range and also met a lower price estimate I had received. They did a very nice job. I was gone when the roof was put on, when I returned the job was finished and it was done well.

I was gone when they did the job because I had back surgery and they would e-mail me to keep me informed. I think they did a good job. I ask them questions and they would answer them correctly. I do wonder if they used sub-contractors which was not mentioned.

Out of two estimates, Werling was the best and did a fine job. I'd use them again and recommend them to everyone! Now when it storms I don't have to worry about leaks anymore.

Poor quality from beginning to end, everything was terrible. I gave him an opportunity to redo it and he wouldn't do anything.
