"I had a very bad clog and called a few other plumbers before I finally reached out to City Wide. The first two companies came and more than tripled the price they gave me on the phone. Neither could locate the clean out drain and I had little confidence they would fix my problem. I had them both leave. When City Wide came the techs were Frank and Steve. Frank is a very seasoned plumber and found the cleanout in about 3 mins. They worked carefully and professionally and attempted to clear it a a very low price with the drain auger. It was unsuccessful. They advised me they would need to use the camera and water jet. I was skeptical but had no other choice as it was now getting dark. They brought the equipment 30 mins later, the owner was even on site. They showed me the clog with their camera and it was bad and about 70 ft from my house. They gave me a very reasonable price and got the clog out in mins. They are Ethical & honest. I am thankful for Citywide!"

"DaBella is on my short list for a comprehensive roof replacement, including gutters and some dry rot repair. We had an initial inspection (a thorough one, including photos and measurements) and a detailed conversation that went 4 hours instead of the 60-90 minutes that I was told to expect. They provided a ton of information and I feel much more confident about what my roof job requires. However, there is a good deal of sticker shock. Some of that comes from having an unrealistic expectation of what a roof replacement actually costs. The physical system and labor certifications they provide appears to be top of the line. Their product AND WORKMANSHIP offer a lifetime, transferable warranty. They answered all our questions and were quite patient, though there still seemed to be a bit of a pressure to enter into an agreement today. Nonetheless, we appreciated that they continued to offer options and incentives that would bring the total cost a little closer to what we could afford, though we're still trying to figure out what that amount is. As I said, they're still on our short list and are confident they'd deliver a first-rate product if we decide to finalize the deal."

"On December 23, 2019, my wife used Angies List to look for a plumber. Every couple of years our kitchen sink starts to drain slowly and we call a plumber and have it cleaned out with a snake. The clog is usually found to be a grease ball. My wife and I live in a nice house in Peccole Ranch but we are not wealthy. My wife is 76 and we live on a fixed income. Unfortunately, I was not at home when the plumber showed up. Had I been home, once he provided his estimate of $ 490.00 to clean out our kitchen line, I would have showed him the door and checked with someone else. My wife eventually accepted and paid a fee of $ 350 for the service. Th plumber that showed up told my wife he was using a new kind of snake and once he was done she would not have any problems with this drain for 10 years. That claim is of course ridiculous and false. There is no way to know or guarantee any such thing. He also told my wife that the work was guaranteed for 1 year but there is nothing in writing to back that up. Needless to say, I am very unhappy. $ 350.00 is too high a price to charge for this service. I want Angies List to contact this vendor, express my dissatisfaction and ask the plumber to refund $ 150.00 of what my wife paid. A $ 200.00 charge for this service would be reasonable. Update: I felt that a $ 350.00 charge was excessive for a drain clean out. I contacted the company and they are issuing a refund of $ 149.00. That is fair and a good response."
