did a good job of deep cleaning but my glass doors to walk in shower were not put back properly and so they claim it was fine so I'm having to spend for a handy man to repair for over $200????? When they toured me after their cleaning the one said they took off the doors for a better cleaning but the doors were on wrong sides and did not shut properly so I"d be getting water on the floor the screw to secure the rubber to the base was in the window sill the doors worked fine previously to their visit. It's my word versus theirs but their denial and negligence is costing me. can you help me?

Exactly what I needed

Stopped showing up with no notice. Had another project I was working on in my bathroom and they did not want to let me cancel my first appointment. Did not appreciate the poor communication and them just dropping off with no notice. Will now have to do this again with another company. If you value good communication and customer service, I would not recommend these guys.

Hired for a move out clean for a 2 bed, 1 bath house. They did a very thorough job. It was so good that my former landlord called me after the move-out walk through to ask for their contact information. I will be using this service for cleaning needs in the future.

I have been using Simplified Living Home Services on and off for the past 7 years. Annabelle and her team have been wonderful to work with through the years! If there has been a problem, and there have only few of the past years, Annabelle has been quick to respond and make sure that I am happy. At the end of the day, Annabelle wants to make sure her customers are happy with the service. I have recommended Simplified Living to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

They are great! It has been a life changer not having to clean and still having a beautiful home.

I would have to say that if you have anything but carpet in your home stay away from this company. I gave Annabelle specific instructions on how I wanted by hardwood floors taken care of and after only 4 times of them cleaning my home the finish on my hardwoods (that are only 2 years old) is ruined not to mention that the ceramic in my bathrooms looks like crap. She obviously doesn't train her help nor communicate with them, it felt like she threw them in the home and said "clean" without explaining the products I left or how to properly clean a home. If you want someone that doesn't care, buzzes through your home and you don't mind paying her $30/hr to do a half hearted job then this is the service for you. But if like me, you work hard for your money and want to get a fair job for what you pay, keep looking. Not a good business women either, when I sent her an email that I was displeased and was cancelling the services I heard nothing from her. Hey Annabelle a simple "I'm sorry you feel that way" would have been appropriate.

I have been working with Annabelle and her team for over 2 years. I first used her services when my regular cleaning crew didn't show up to work. I was pleasantly surprised. Annabelle sent two of her best people to clean my home. As a Realtor, I don't recommend anyone who I haven't experienced - so after such great work, I started recommending her for my listings for clean up/clean out work. Simplified living the over and above for all their work. I recently had updated my home and had a short window to get ready for my family to come out for Christmas today. She sent Sondra out the first day and two people this past Friday to complete the work. There was so much to do - dusting, removing tarps, moving stuff - they did Yeoman's work. I am so grateful that they made themselves available. This rating is only 5 stars - but I would give Annabelle a 10!
