He showed me what the problem was, which helped me decide that I will replace them instead of fixing them, especially since the fix would not last since the blinds were too big and heavy for the mechanism that raises and lowers them. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"I was happy with the tile work done. Stayed with price, took awhile but happy with work. That part was great but hired Justin to do other work - install Gable Solar Vent. Work was good but thought price was way too high (I DID NOT GET AN ESTIMATE BEFOREHAND). I have called many times for him to bring the invoice on vent but still waiting. ONLY USE THEM IF THEY GIVE PRICE FIRST!!!"
