They made a beautiful rod iron piece to put on my balcony. They took my ID is and made a beautiful design, which I absolutely love. Everything fit in snug as a bug, it only took a few hours to install.

ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO.I HAD SOME IRON FENCING PLACED AROUND MY LARGE BACK YARD. HUGO,CAME TO MY HOME,PER MY REQUEST ABOUT TWO TIMES BEFORE STARTING THE JOB.I WAS SHOWN MANY SELECTIONS AND HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS DONE,IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND LOOKS GREAT,STILL TO THIS DAY. ALL WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.ABOUT A WEEK AGO,I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A GATE DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY ABOUT SEVEN YEARS. I CALLED THAT COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO DO SMALL REPAIRS ON MY GATE. I THEN CALLED "HUGO" WHO SAID HE WILL HELP ME OUT. If you are trying to decide between Art-in-Iron Ornamental and Artistic Iron Works, be sure to read the Yelp reviews first. Artistic Iron Works wouldn't take my job (honor their bid) because I asked the young lady in the office why the Supervisor of Estimating didn't mask while meeting with me to discuss the project. They don't need to mask while outside working, but when we're just a foot or two apart, talking, exchanging business cards, etc. I want someone who is masked. (We're in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.) Norma in the office here at Art-in-Iron is delightful; and Hugo was great as well. Highly recommend Art-in-Iron.

This company is very professional and one that answers their phone and respond to email. Something today business do not do. I have not seen the finish product therefore I am not able to rate the quality of work. My gate is suppose to be installed next week. Since it is required to place something there before I can submit review I will give them a 5 star based on everything thus far. If the quality is not that I will submit another review.

They raised a courtyard gate for me. Were on time, called before they arrived, and did an excellent job very quickly for a very reasonable price. I contacted two other companies but they didn t even return my calls!

Since Hugo came out to measure for both the gates we needed to get replaced, he was very knowledgeable and he listened to everything we wanted and it turned out Great!

I had 2 separate projects done & the 1st courtyard gate was great. However, the 2nd backyard gate was NOT! Hinges & some bolts weren't painted. I offered to pay the remaining balance - $100 pending the completion of the project; but owner, HUGO, told the installer, RICARDO, to remove the gate! I sent pictures to Jocelyn at the office & she understood the problem. I chose to pay because RICARDO was extremely helpful; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Now I'm waiting for them to finish the project. I only paid the full balance because of RICARDO & JOCELYN. I didn't care about the removal & replacing the original gate; but the installer was so professional & helpful the 3x's that he came out that I chose to make things easier for him. HUGO will be on every social media that I can find including BBB.
