"In using Home Experts I would fist say that my rating is granted as so because of the following. The flooring project was not attacked with great expertise by the owner causing the workers to come back to correct it. The company's lack of communication hindered my expectations of their final work. With that being said Home Experts also took on the job of performing interior painting of two bedrooms. The quote was for an additional living space and stairway hall area which was never consulted back with me thereafter. The owner charged me half of the quoted price which I believe was VERY STEEP for just two bedrooms with paint flaws here and there so that work I would say was just mediocre. Upon speaking with a representative at Angi list I was informed that they" interview" contracting companies based on license and bonded/insured but not so much on customer service. Just as my time and effort to hire contractors is important to me, I suggest that this should be part of Angi's criteria."

"I have been using this service for quite a few years and would not go anywhere else. My carpet is beige and 30 years old. The first year I used them was after I had tried to clean it myself with a store machine. There were orange spots everywhere and I was beside myself! They removed the spots and cleaned my carpets beautifully then and every time since then. The carpets aren't going to last much longer, but at least they are clean and look terrific. Try them once; you will be pleased."

"It did not go well. I got conflicting stories from various people. When installers came, one did not speak any English. Neither introduced themselves. The countertop, despite two visits and laser measuring, was done incorrectly, with gaps at all four corners of the sink. They tried filing it in with adhesive, which fell out the next day. They then sent another person who did fix with gaps - albeit there should never have been gaps, but the guy who was to reset the sink, left it dripping on my rug, and then did not put it in straight and I had to insist that he sealed it. They left a mess both times when they left, and never apologized, and I never received a follow up on my satisfaction. The quartz itself is good quality but the service was bad and I would never use them again."
