"I was surprised to see all the good ratings as I had bad experiences with this company.. They installed the furnace and AC. This summer the AC stopped working, I called and a worker came and replaced the refrigerant which let the AC work for 24 hours before it stopped again. I called again and two workers showed up and looked around and fixed the AC. On the first trip the worker thought it would be covered by warranty since they Donner installed the systems. The workers were good but the office were crooks. They charged me $974.01 for the first trip where the worker spent 15-20 minutes to add refrigerator fluid which only let the AC work for one day. I called again and they sent two workers that did some investigation and did some repairs. I was charged $1215.09 for the second call. The office never sent me an invoice that stated the number of work hours, the cost for the labor, the listed or cost of materials used. It looked like the office just pulled numbers out of a hat. "

"Ron Crowder is a crook and a thief. I contracted with Southwest Vinyl to put some fencing up for me, which I paid for. We had a dispute about payment for part of another job he was to do for me. In order to force (blackmail) me into paying him he not only took me to court but he sent employees from Southwest Vinyl to my home while I was at work and stole the vinyl panels I had already paid for. I have video footage of the employees in the process of stealing my panels. The judge did enter a judgement against me but not for the amount Ron Crowder was seeking. The amount of damages was $2706.63. The judge gave me an abatement of $1275.75, which is less than the amount I paid for the panels. So I only owe $1669.88. The judge also said that I would have to pay southwest vinyl again to have my panels returned. They can keep the panels. A good honest business would have given me my property back. Of course a good honest business would not resort to stealing peoples property in the first place in order to blackmail them. I understand some of you folks out there have had a good experience with that company. If anyone asks me, I will tell them to do business but read the whole contract front and back before you put your signature on it. Of course I will never do business with that company again. The judge did ask Ron Crowder why he took the panels. His response was "To make him pay". The job they did for me really was not that good either. One of the post they put up is crooked and they did not fix a loose brick in my back yard when they put fencing on top of my wall. If Ron Crowder informs you about getting a permit do your own research. He informed me about a permit which I found out later that I did need to get but the one he said he obtained for me turned out to be a fake. I paid for a fake permit. When I got red tagged for the fence being to tall that's when I found out the permit was fake. I had to hire a civil engineer who produced drawings for me. I had to take those drawings to the county. Once the drawings were approved then I was issued a permit. It was either do that or tear down the fencing. Ron Crowder never consulted with a engineer. Not only is Ron Crowder a crook and a thief. He will also lie to make money. If Ron Crowder informs you about getting a permit I'm 100 percent sure it will be fake. Also if you would like to see the videos of southwest vinyl employees being thieves, I will send them to you. As far as my experience is concerned, I will describe southwest vinyl as a den of thieves."
