Southwest Vinyl Fence

Ron Crowder is a crook and a thief. I contracted with Southwest Vinyl to put some fencing up for me, which I paid for. We had a dispute about payment for part of another job he was to do for me. In order to force (blackmail) me into paying him he not only took me to court but he sent employees from Southwest Vinyl to my home while I was at work and stole the vinyl panels I had already paid for. I have video footage of the employees in the process of stealing my panels. The judge did enter a judgement against me but not for the amount Ron Crowder was seeking. The amount of damages was $2706.63. The judge gave me an abatement of $1275.75, which is less than the amount I paid for the panels. So I only owe $1669.88. The judge also said that I would have to pay southwest vinyl again to have my panels returned. They can keep the panels. A good honest business would have given me my property back. Of course a good honest business would not resort to stealing peoples property in the first place in order to blackmail them. I understand some of you folks out there have had a good experience with that company. If anyone asks me, I will tell them to do business but read the whole contract front and back before you put your signature on it. Of course I will never do business with that company again. The judge did ask Ron Crowder why he took the panels. His response was "To make him pay". The job they did for me really was not that good either. One of the post they put up is crooked and they did not fix a loose brick in my back yard when they put fencing on top of my wall. If Ron Crowder informs you about getting a permit do your own research. He informed me about a permit which I found out later that I did need to get but the one he said he obtained for me turned out to be a fake. I paid for a fake permit. When I got red tagged for the fence being to tall that's when I found out the permit was fake. I had to hire a civil engineer who produced drawings for me. I had to take those drawings to the county. Once the drawings were approved then I was issued a permit. It was either do that or tear down the fencing. Ron Crowder never consulted with a engineer. Not only is Ron Crowder a crook and a thief. He will also lie to make money. If Ron Crowder informs you about getting a permit I'm 100 percent sure it will be fake. Also if you would like to see the videos of southwest vinyl employees being thieves, I will send them to you. As far as my experience is concerned, I will describe southwest vinyl as a den of thieves.

We have done two projects with Southwest Vinyl, and have been very happy and satisfied with the results of both of them. They are very professional, and do high quality work. The fences came out beautiful and are very sturdy.

I have video of them stealing my property. Of course when I called the police nothing was done. He also took me to court. The judgement was in he favor but not for the amount he wanted. I would also have to pay for the return of my property. He can keep the panels and the job they did was lousy and unprofessional. If you do business with southwest vinyl read the whole contract front and back before you sign. Ron Crowder lied about getting the proper permits also.

Had a new fence installed in back yard along with a vinyl topper on the cement block wall. They did an excellent job when they were able to show up to work! They did honor the warranty by coming out later to adjust the gate. Their products are excellent and I'd hire them again!!

Everything was done beautifully. I am so pleased with their work. The product is high quality. They were always on time and did the work in one day. Great company!

The installation went well. Despite a delay (due to no fault of Southwest Vinyl), the completed job looks good. Oscar Sr. and Oscar Jr, a father and son installation team, were VERY professional. Should I ever need future services from this provider, I would definitely ask for the "Oscars" to do the job.

SW Vinyl fence fabricated and installed a section of white vinyl fencing on top of a low concrete block wall. The fence looks great, was installed with care, and is sturdy as well as attractive. The folks in this local business work hard to deliver a great product at a competitive price.

Everything went great from the initial estimate, to the installation, to the clean up. The pergola looks beautiful. I was especially impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the installers.

It went very well and smooth just as the company promised. The installers arrived at the time scheduled, were very professional (and polite). They showed me how to operate the latch on the gate. The fence and gates look great on our property with the colors we chose and the fence is level and operates great! I plan to have more work done on our property and will be using SW Vinyl and requesting the same two installers, as they made me feel comfortable that they were confident in the work that they were doing.

Installers came on Thursday and set the 4 posts with concrete to hold the gates.  They came back on Friday and hung the 4 gates.  They were very professional, courteous and they cleaned up when they were finished.  We appreciate their dedication to they work and would ask for them again in the future.  They also called on Monday to ensure everything was working properly and if we had any questions.  Great job by these 2 SW Vinyl installers.

SW Vinyl did a great job from estimating to installing. The estimate and planning drawings were detailed and accurate. The installers worked hard, finished on time and did a great job. I really appreciate the great cleanup job they did when they were finished and their patience with my dogs. The block topper is a huge improvement over the former wood fence. I highly recommend it.

Had a perfect experience getting my new fence from the start. SW Vinyl knows what they are doing and they do it well. The installers worked very well together. They are relentless. I had a huge tear out job and they went the extra step. Very professional. Left my backyard looking so much better then when they arrived. I would recommend them no matter how big or small the job.

Installers Arnold and Scott did an outstanding job installing our privacy fence. They were very professional and worked extremely hard. I was very comfortable with them being in my backyard even though I was gone during quite a bit of the install. The fence gave us our needed privacy and it also looks great. This fence and gate are so beautiful and clean looking it up grades the look of our home so much! We've seen our neighbors get sw vinyl fencing and they've had nothing but wonderful things to say ! The workmen arrived and completed the work as promised. They were extremely polite and professional, and cleaned up after their work. The fence is exactly what I wanted and what was promised. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The company was very professional, and helpful.  They were experts and detailed in every aspect of the job from estimates to finishing touches. High quality fencing (neighbor has a similar one from a "big box store" and there's no comparison in terms of quality!) The guys (Oscar and Oscar Jr.) showed up on time, and even worked through a rain storm.  They cleaned up afterwards, hauled away the old cedar fence, and were pleasant and accommodating.  They know their business, and made sure the install was perfect! Nice to know a good work ethic still exists, as does good customer service! An A+ in my book!
