"We're writing this review LATE, as work was done Oct 2018 and we have often talked about what a great experience we had with the installation by AKA of 2 indoor ceiling fans, 1 outdoor ceiling fan, chandelier, 4 other ceiling fixtures to upgrade at our fairly new home. Builder had told us pre-wired for ceiling fans and that was not the case with one heavy fan--took extra time to crawl attic space, took me along to help me find wall control switch at their lunch break. "From start to finish I was very impressed with how professional, yet friendly, the staff was. The scheduler called mefirst thing in AM, and she worked hard to get someone out right away. The tec h, Bill, actually arrived 10-15 minutes early, very nice and professional in explanation of the process to find problem, and got to work right away. Fortunately for me it was a minor repair and cost much less than I expected. When Bill finished up he explained the problem and the fix, and his inspection of the system to ensure safe and continued operation. I was very pleased with all."

"We absolutely love this place.  We've used them to service our swamp cooler and furnace in the past and also to replace our water heater and always had exceptional service.  When it came time to switch to refrigerated air, Glen (the owner) came out and thoroughly looked everything over, explained in detail exactly what would be done, and even talked me through what type of furnace we might want for the long-term as far as maintenance (and it wasn't the most expensive one).  We were fortunate enough to have acquired our own equipment and Glen was extremely accommodating in all aspects of this process.  Amanda was amazing and incredibly helpful in setting up the installation date and was so friendly, and Nathan and Richard were fantastic installers.  They showed up on time and NEVER stopped working.  I mean they never, ever stopped moving and they did a wonderful job.  Glen came back to check everything once they were finished, showed me how everything worked, and we were done!  If there was a problem, I never knew about it.  It was flawless start to finish and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.  We feel extremely secure that the job was done right and not only highly recommend them, but we'll definitely use them again.
