However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Terry's Tree Service is a family owned and operated business. We have been serving the bernalillo area for more than 20 years. Terry personally has more than 25 years of experience in tree work. We have two full time employees who take pride and are good at what they do. We occasionally do subcontracting to help smaller company's out if they have, for example large removals. When we show up to a job we are very professional and always be careful of the home owners things. We also listen to what the customer wants and what they have to say. We have state of the art equipment so we can get the job done right the first time. 99% of our customers are very satisfied with the work we do. We have comments all the time such as, "wow what a wonderful job you have done", My tree/trees look great now", "my yard looks better than what it did before you guys got here". "Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
