"Thank God for Angie's list!  After years of hiring incompetent people we were very pleased to see that Bill was prompt, informative, knowledgeable and respectful. He answered all our inquiries and offered valuable advice on solving past mistakes. We were so confident we gave him a key to our house and left town for 4 days.  We came back to an excellent job and found everything put back together.
