"We paid a lot of money for very sub par cleaning for our residential move in cleaning. We gave a priority list to the cleaners that was not even close to being met. Website says deep clean but all we got was a very very basic wipe down. Appliances were not touched and still are very dirty. Walls that were listed in the priority list were probably wiped down once and not scrubbed. Please save yourself a lot of money and just clean your own place of residence. Postive note: Cleaners were very friendly"

However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office."

"We hired Busy Bees to clean our home for moving out. I let Margot know of the square footage of the home ahead of time. The initial quote was 4 hours with two people at $340. 8 hours, 3 people later, $770 price with taxes later, none of the baseboards were clean, the windows weren't cleaned, the fridge still had stains on it, and the kitchen floor was dirtier than how we initially had it (footprints that weren't cleaned up), the home wasn't swept or mopped, the windowsills weren't properly cleaned, and our kitchen rod was tossed out for some reason. When I asked why so little was done, Margot said they tried their best. They state they spent 4 hours on ONE restroom alone that wasn't even fully cleaned.
