"Grantt came out to take a look at my property and give me an estimate. He was very courteous very professional and gave me a fair price. He said he has two crews that work on projects so this morning a crew of three or four guys came out and started to work. They cleaned up my yard. Mow the grass, trimming and cleaned up the weeds. It looks absolutely stunning. I can’t overestimate that I mean stunning with all capital letters. They’re all really good guys to talk to and they did excellent work. I highly recommend them. "Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.

The owner, Nancy, gave us much more attention to detail than expected and was very involved in the project. They scraped and sculpted the old driveway and then spread and tamped road base and the spread gravel. It ended up being around 2500 sq ft with them spreading gravel over small contiguous areas, like from the driveway to our front walk."
