They were helpful, timely, and affordable! Would recommend.

They over trimmed the bushes each month making an un-natural look. They also did not have anyone on the job that was fluent in English. They put a palm tree in wrong place and had to move it. Jose had no idea how to plant the palm tree, killing it and had to replace the replacement.

We called Oasis/Javier because they service the property across the street from our home in Fountain Hills. Our neighbor said they have used Oasis for years and were very happy. Javier came, assessed the property (our previous maintenance guy had moved to Kansas several months ago) and provided a detailed analysis of what needed doing in order to set up regular routine maintenance (weeding, shrub and agave trimming, sprinkler, lemon tree pruning, testing/adjustment of sprinklers, spraying etc etc) He then provided time options and a cost as well as ongoing monthly maintenance costs to keep the place in shape. They showed up on time, completed every item on the long list, did an excellent job and at the quoted (reasonable) price. We were very impressed with their reliability and professionalism. Based on that experience we have set up regular yard maintenance visits in the future

We found Oasis Landscape Design through HomeAdvisor.com. As a well-seasoned home owner, I went in with my eyes wide open and fully aware that in todays world, words and deeds are sometimes only loosely connected. Some contractors view commitments as intentions, but plus or minus a week or a month is more than acceptable. I have also been around long enough to know that some contractors deem a project as done as soon as the money rests in the palm of their hand. I had a relatively small patio I wanted to be redone. Javier said he would be there at 8 a.m. You bet - I have heard that before. He showed up when promised. He said he could start the job at 8 a.m. the following morning for what seemed to be a reasonable price. You bet - again, I was suspicious. At 8:00 a.m. the following morning, the patio was being prepped. The tile was delivered. It was completed before the day was done. The work was done with the highest standards of quality. It was as if I had been transported in time to when a persons word was indeed a bond. Was I dreaming? The entire experience was so surprisingly good, that I wondered if his team could handle a much bigger job at my primary residence. He said he had to be there at 8:00 a.m. to give us an estimate. He showed up as promised. He said the price would be a fixed amount that I deemed reasonable. He said they would start the following day. A crew of about eight workers was on the job the following morning as promised. They worked like machines for a week tearing out the old and installing the new. The work was masterfully completed. They dealt with the unexpected problems that arise on every job with mastery and without complaint. On every single count from pricing to commitments, from quality to aesthetics, my expectations were exceeded. My comments have been so positive, you may be wondering... OK, what is the catch? Here it is. It cost me a dinner at a great Scottsdale restaurant. It turns out that in his off hours, Javier is an extremely accomplished singer with a Spanish Flamingo dance group that sometimes plays at a top-notch restaurant. We asked another couple to join us one evening to see our tile guy perform and we felt obligated to pay for their dinner (and they are big eaters). Javier got us a stage-side table and we enjoyed a great meal with fabulous entertainment, entertainment that was exceeded only by the quality of the tile work he would done for us. Do I recommend Oasis Landcape Design? Olé.

Oasis redid our entire back yard. Hard working crews, and easy to get along with. Communication with the contractor excellent. Our project turned out much better than expected! Javier and Jose were on top of the job and listened to our thoughts and requests the whole way and had excellent recommendations. And the price was fair. Great company to work with!

They initially canceled the agreed-upon day and time for the appointment giving no reason. One person arrived the next day. He was quite young and unsure of himself. He said he was uncertain how to fix the problem after talking with me and looking at the system but commented he would try. After about 30 minutes, he said he did his best but was still unsure if he fixed the problem. I asked him what the charge was. He said $250 which I refused to pay. Upon negotiation, he accepted $60. In checking the system after he left, I confirmed it was not fixed whatsoever. I called another drip system company and they came out the next day and repaired the problem (a valve issue). They were very good and the charge was $106. It would be a good idea, in my opinion, to delete Oasis Landscaping and Design from your list of references. They appear to be a disservice to your marketing and quality control efforts.

I've never worked with "pros" as professional as Javier and Jose at Oasis Landscape Design. They are on time, honest, do great work at a fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend Oasis!

The project did not turn out as expected. You must be very very very precise when discussing the project. Example: my **new** sprinkler system used my old sprinkler heads. This was unexpected.

Project: New irrigation front and back. fair pricing, knowledgable. I am very impressed, as I have extensive landscaping. Repaired existing pavers. They are the best!

Javier and Jose are incredible. They responded to my request and got my new irrigation system in a few days later. They cleaned everything up and showed me how to work the new timer. I had them put down new dg in the front and back and they did such an amazing job. I highly recommend Oasis Landscape!!!

I've been general contractor for over 20 years in California and when it came to hiring a company to do my personal home in Scottsdale I did plenty of research. When Javier came to look at my project I was immediately at ease with his professionalism and obvious knowledge of his trade. Once contracted he was in constant communication about the timeline. His crew were clean and professional. Overall I could not have been happier and would highly recommend them.

Javier was extremely efficient with follow-up from the time of the request, he also proved to be patient while we waited for HOA approval. The install team - Luiz & Antonio, were top notch. Really great guys that were very conscientious and focused on quality.

The project turned out excellently. The workers (Hugo predominantly) achieved an amazing amount of work in a short period of time. The one caution I would have is be aware of any additional costs that may be assumed but not upfront such as lightening (transformers, outlets, etc) that were additional, as well as finishes that may have been assumed but actually were additional. These things really increased the overall cost of the project that I was sort of blind-sided of. I am very pleased with the overall project and would recommend this company!

Javier, Jose, and the team were truly attentive to our needs. We had pavers and travertine done in our backyard. There were a couple of things that we questioned and Javier handled it; we talked it out to come to a decision. We had a few rain days so delayed the project but it took 1 1/2 weeks. They cleaned up the yard at the end of the project. In the end, we have a beautiful **oasis** to entertain and so glad we chose Javier and the team.

I had Oasis install a new drip system ..Javier s crew were on time and very pleasant. Also installed new ground cover and did some landscape clean up. They cleaned up after completing their work. Very satisfied and would certainly highly recommend them.

Javier and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently to prepare and install pavers on the side of our house where we keep the bins and a walkway to the driveway. We are very pleased with the finished result and highly recommend this company!!

Javier and his team were wonderful to work with! They put in a small flagstone patio for me and we love it! They worked quickly and got everything done and cleaned up in just a couple days. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend Oasis. They are knowledgeable about lots of aspects of landscape projects. I will call them first if I have anything else to do in my yard.

I hired Javier and the team at Oasis to help me while my wife was pregnant as our year had gotten out of hand. They made it look amazing! Thank you for all your help.
