Fantastic. They sent email and 2 texts to remind us of the appointment and let us know they were on their way. Best communication i have ever experienced. Very impressed. Work was completed perfectly as well.

It went great. They took just a bit longer than expected (maybe an hour and fifteen minutes versus the hour scheduled), but were on time (perhaps early) for my first-thing appointment. I don't like to pay travel fees (since I imagine most service folks schedule certain days or other people nearby to offset costs already), but they did a good job and there are only a few people who do dryer vents. They also took pictures before and after to show that it should be done and the results afterwards. They sent a certificate after with pictures showing it was done (may be needed by some HOAs, insurance, etc.)

Very professional and thorough service, and the gentleman who came out was polite and neat.  Loved that they called the day before to confirm, and called that they were on their way in the morning so that I wasn't sitting around waiting.  He showed me photos of the dryer vent to confirm it needed cleaning after the free inspection.  Cleaned up everything completely and left no mess.  Took a while but he was busy the entire time, so seems like it was worth the investment.

Bailey's Chimney Cleaning & Repair has a very competitive rate and preformed several services for me.  The service man was very careful and he was extremely concerned about leaving the house exactly the was it was.  He spread out tarps to protect my things.

That was great. He cleans chimneys and dryer vents. he was a hoot, he knew what he was talking about, explained things very well and worked quickly and professionally. I spent around $95.  The dryer would take close to an hour to dry stuff and now it takes no time to dry. I had them check the chimney and he glanced at it and he said it doesn't need any repairs. I liked that he was so honest because I wouldn't know what to look for.

I think these guys saved me from a possible fire.  I bought this house in March 2014 and was unaware that the stove pipe wasn't  even connected  properly. No wonder the house filled with smoke the first time I tried to use it. Therewere missing parts and parts that did not fit one another at all. I think his price was very reasonable especially when you consider all the parts they provided and the labor it took to make the wood stove safe. 
They also check your dryer vent for free. Someone had installed the vent upside down. It was thick with dirt ,dust and dog hair... a fire waiting to happen. Justin took pictures of the problem and patiently explained what was wrong.The before and after photos  of the dirty vs. clean vent were amazing. Many people are not aware that they perform this service also.I highly recommend that you take advantage of their expertise in this area.
I can not recommend Bailey Chimney Cleaning and repair strongly enough. i know I will be calling them for all future  chimny and dryer vent maintenance.

We found out from Justin Bailey that we had a chimney fire in our stove pipe. He assessed the situation, made a recommendation, ordered the parts needed, returned in 10 days and finished the job. Totally clean and spotless job. Very professional!

We were impressed by how professional the chimney sweeps were. They efficiently and quickly cleaned the wood-stove flue, without any mess. When they finished, they left no dirt or soot behind.
