"Everything went great from the time my husband contacted Mr. Rivas till the end of the project.  While I was out of town my husband had a large cottonwood tree, that was dying, removed from our backyard. My husband had left messages for several contractors inquiring about tree rmoval. Mr. Rivas returned my husbands call the same day, June 8th, and also came by on the 8th to give an estimate for the job. My husband was happy with Mr. Rivas and hired him to do the job. Mr. Rivas stated that he would contact the company that he contracts wth to see if he could get a dumpster for the 9th and if he could they would do the job the next day. After getting all his arrangements made Mr. Rivas called my husband and set the times for the job to start. The dumpster was delivered on time 6:30 am and Mr. Rivas was at our home at  6:45.  By 10:30 am the job was complete even the dumpster was removed. When I got home I was very impressed with the job they did with the clean up. It was like the tree had never been there. The company Mr. Rivas uses for his dumpster service is Longhorn Roll-Offs owned and operated by Mr. Rudy Gallegos. My husband was very impressed by the professional and courteous encounter he had with both of these companies. Will definitely use either of these companies again should the need arise and recomend them to friends or family.

"The planning of the project and the enthusiasm propelled me to hire this company to widen the driveway and replace the grass lawn with crushed rock. The crew worked diligently, leaving a nice, professional job. Would recommend this company to my friends and neighbors for their landscape projects."

"After the third job in the span of over 3 years. The quality, communication, and follow-up was amazing. They verify before, ask for input during, and did a walk through after. I was turned away by a lot of contractors because my yard was big and it was a lot of work. Ignacio and his team stepped up and really did a phenomenal job. My wife and I had ideas, and sometimes they weren't the best based for our situation (weather, location, drainage, cost over return, ect). I appreciated that."

"MR. Ramirez was very professional in working with him from start to finish. They were the 3rd contractor i contacted about pouring me a 67'x 12' RV driveway, and were hired because he did everything he said he would. -showed up on the day and on time to assess the work for wuote -worked up a quote with proposal and start date while on site -began work on the day we agreed on -poured the concrete when he said they would -made sure my property looked better when they left than when they showed up They will be doing more work for me in the future."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!! They were very responsive throughout the entire project and their prices were the most reasonable of everyone else who gave me quotes. All of their work is high quality. For my front yard, they had to pull out existing grass and trees and then install new trees, sod, extend my rock wall, build a planter, create a stamped concrete walkway going to the side gate and create stamped concrete steps going up to the front door. They also installed stamped concrete and trees around the edge of the sidewalk, and a border around the grass. They installed a sprinkler and drip hose system. This was a lot of work and they completed the project within 2 weeks! The yard looks amazing and I am so happy with everything."

Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

A smoke alarm that beeps periodically, often every 30 to 60 seconds, usually indicates a low battery. The first step is to replace the battery. If this doesn't solve the problem, try resetting the alarm. However, beeping can also signal other issues, such as dust buildup in the sensors or the unit reaching the end of its life. Different beep patterns can mean different things; for example, multiple beeps might indicate an issue with a combination carbon monoxide detector, while a continuous, loud alarm means smoke has been detected. If a new battery doesn't stop the beeping, it's best to consult your alarm's manual, call a professional, or replace the unit.

No, but they both serve distinct life-saving purposes. Smoke detectors primarily sense the presence of smoke, typically caused by a fire, and emit loud alarms to alert occupants to evacuate. In contrast, carbon monoxide detectors monitor the levels of carbon monoxide gas, an odorless and colorless but deadly substance produced by incomplete combustion of fuels. When CO levels become dangerous, CO detectors sound alarms to warn inhabitants of potential poisoning risks.

No, you can’t completely fireproof a house. There is always a chance that a fire can break out inside or outside your home. Even if most of the home is built with fireproof materials, a long-burning fire can still cause damage. Still, fireproofing efforts can buy you additional time to evacuate and give you a better chance of salvaging your home after a fire rather than needing to rebuild entirely.

A chimney liner isn’t required for an outdoor fireplace; you don’t technically need one if the masonry chimney uses the proper dimensions and is built to code. However, a chimney liner does serve as a protective coating for the flue. Adding a liner could improve performance, safety, and durability. In short, while not necessary, it wouldn’t hurt.

Regular inspections, battery replacements, and testing alarms help maintain reliability.
