I have trusted Walter with multiple projects around my rental property as well as my personal residence and he has consistently delivered quality work. He recently assembled an 8X10 shed from a kit in my backyard. Not only did he put it together, but he also made modifications that made it much better. In addition, he cleaned up the yard! Walter was very upfront and transparent about the project quote and installation process. He was on time, professional and polite. Once I agreed to the cost, he arrived on time and worked quickly and was very clean and left the area neat after the installation. He communicated well during the installation and welcomed questions. He made sure I was happy after he was done and let me know if any issues arose he would fix them but I doubt it since he left everything very well done.
