Keith and his team were very courteous, professional, timely, and communicated with us every step of the way for our project. Everything went as planned for our tree pruning, dead tree and plant removal, trimming, cleanup, and general beautification of our entire property. This was property we recently purchased, and the entire landscaping had not been cared for in quite some time. The work was completed in an efficient and timely fashion, and Keith reviewed what was being done at each phase of the project. "Oakridge did a fantastic job replacing our modified bitumen flat roof with a new 60-mil TPO roof. The job included removing and disposal of old roof, replacing decking as needed (lots needed replacing), installing new canales, and replacing several sky lights. The Oakridge team worked long and hard hours to complete the job. They installed foam pads on top of decking and under TPO to create proper slopes as needed and improve drainage. There was a lot of attention to detail when sealing all the roof penetrations. It rained the day after they finished, and the roof shed water like never before. There was no standing water/puddles on the roof after it rained, unlike the old roof, which always had large puddles that would last for days. We had previously seen the quality work that Oakridge does when they re-roofed my mother-in-law's house and we had no hesitation in hiring them for our own. They were very responsive to request to reconfigure one of the canales to direct water away from the house. Manny and Karla run a great company and we would heartily recommend them to any of our friends and family."
