They did great! They did basic clean up in the yard.

They did a nice job. The owner is friendly; he offered to do regular maintenance twice a month for a nice price. He's very busy, and
sometimes doesn't come when expected or do all the maintenance I expect (mow the lawn, but not trim the bushes).

See above for details.  I was bothered by the fact that haul off of the leaves was apparently not part of the deal offered, but it still seemed within reason so I paid the extra $20 to have the leaves hauled off.  I wound up giving them a $15 tip for the good work.  I don't know if the boss passed this on or not.

Our experience with Sanchez Landscapes was fairly unremarkable.  I had purchased the deal before a death occurred in the family, and so I'm actually kind of hazy on my memory of how it all went.  I do remember that they were scheduled to come out on a day that I ended up being out of town due to the death in the family, but they didn't get the message not to come in time, and they did show up, but they were very kind and accommodating about rescheduling.  They were all very polite and I have no complaints about their service.  We really weren't very specific with them about things we wanted done, so I can't comment on how they do as far as many particular requests.  The one exception is that we did ask them to trim our wisteria that is grown up onto the top of our pergola (we didn't ask them to get on top of the pergola to trim it - just the part hanging off the edges at the top), and they did need to borrow our ladder, but they were happy do what we'd asked.  Overall I was quite satisfied with their work.  One side note that might be helpful for someone reading this - I did give them both tips, by the way.  I am not all that familiar with paid services, so I had to Google it while they were working to see if tipping was appropriate for this kind of thing, and so I did give them a $15 tip each, although they did not seem to be expecting it, and were very appreciative for it.

The 2 men came were very pleasant.  I explained what I need (which was to cleanp the leaves from my very large mulberry tree).  They did a nice job and were friendly.  It took the time that I had purchased through the special.  They informed me that they also did multiple landscaping items.  When I am ready to get further things done in my yard, I will definately consider them.  Very nice to deal with!!

Mr Sanchez arrived at the house at the time of the appointment. He did a good job prunning several bushes and a tree. He performed till the bush looked the way I preferrred. He performed good cleaning after he finish the prunning job. I will consider using Mr sanchez services again

Mr. Sanchez and one other gentleman worked from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, trimming bushes and raking and cleaning the leaves from my yard.

While at first it was hard to get in touch with them to set up an appointment, once we connected the appointment was set up quickly and the work was done very well. The workers were professional and polite and worked h****** the big jobs as well as the details others sometimes miss.

Jorge and an employee arrived on time (in fact, they arrived 10 minutes early). They were professional and polite at all times. They listened to everything I wanted done and had no problem with anything. They worked quickly and proficiently.
I will definitely use this company again and again in the future.

Mr. Sanchez and his associate contacted me within 48 hours of my purchase on Angie's List. They said they would do the work two days later at 7:30 in the morning. They called that morning to say they would be five minutes late. They arrived and the two worked hard for an hour and a half, as promised. They cleaned up my heavily treed half acre in that small time. I was very pleased.

Jorge and his helper arrived 10 minutes early to their scheduled time. They both spoke with me about my list and what was the most important to get done. Before starting in the hedge Jorge explained that it would look verybare once it was taken so far down. I agreed that was the result and gave the OK to trim that much. They checked with me twice as the hedge was trimmed to ensure it met my expectations. They cleared out a medium sized pile of brush from an earlier tree trimming project done by others. They cleaned up several large drifts of fallen leaves. For a reasonable additional price they hauled away the leaves, trimmings and branches. There was time left to have them dig out two small volunteer trees that were not desired. I was impressed enough by both Jorge's work ethic and his communication style to ask him to design and bid on an upcoming landscape project in the back yard.

I found Mr. Sanchez very helpful and his workers were professional and we were very satisfied with the results.  They arrived on time  and were very thorough.  They cleaned up at the end of each day.

Overall, the experience was OK, but not great.  They were late to the initial consultation, although they were apologetic.  They were late for the first day of work, which was more important because I had to sign to authorize the work and make the down payment.  I had almost given up on them because I needed to get to work for a required class.  It took them one day to tear up the existing sidewalk and a second day to pour the replacement.  It was a relatively simple job done competently.  They left the wood frame in place at the end of their work on a Friday and said they would remove the frame on Monday.  But they never did.  I had to remove the frame myself, which was non-trivial in places.  This was a small job which they probably didn't give a high priority, but I have a lot of other jobs that need to be done, and I was hoping to find a general handyman I could trust to take care of them.  I guess I'll keep looking.

It was probably half the price of what other people wanted for it.  They did a great job.  They tried to accommodate us.  I have started using them now for maintenance all the time.  They were fantastic.

I like that he is a hard worker and his business is small. He provided the exact same landscaping that we had been quoted $12,000. He may not show up at the time you expect him, but when he does arrive, he does a great job. I would recommend him.
