Integrity Maintenance Inc is a small family owned and operated landscaping business. We are licensed and insured. We are a company that takes pride in dependability and punctuality while providing quality service at a reasonable price. We treat your home like our home.

"Keith Fontaine and his crew recently completed work on our property, and we are very happy to say they did a fantastic job. Keith and his team were very courteous, professional, timely, and communicated with us every step of the way for our project. Everything went as planned for our tree pruning, dead tree and plant removal, trimming, cleanup, and general beautification of our entire property. This was property we recently purchased, and the entire landscaping had not been cared for in quite some time. The work was completed in an efficient and timely fashion, and Keith reviewed what was being done at each phase of the project. I am happy to give Keith, his team, and all of Integrity Maintenance a 5-star rating. I could not recommend this business more."

"Oakridge did a fantastic job replacing our modified bitumen flat roof with a new 60-mil TPO roof. The job included removing and disposal of old roof, replacing decking as needed (lots needed replacing), installing new canales, and replacing several sky lights. The Oakridge team worked long and hard hours to complete the job. They installed foam pads on top of decking and under TPO to create proper slopes as needed and improve drainage. There was a lot of attention to detail when sealing all the roof penetrations. It rained the day after they finished, and the roof shed water like never before. There was no standing water/puddles on the roof after it rained, unlike the old roof, which always had large puddles that would last for days. We had previously seen the quality work that Oakridge does when they re-roofed my mother-in-law's house and we had no hesitation in hiring them for our own. They were very responsive to request to reconfigure one of the canales to direct water away from the house. Manny and Karla run a great company and we would heartily recommend them to any of our friends and family."

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

A common mistake is you can let snow melt naturally in a window well. However, snow buildup in the well can damage your window frames and walls. The melting snow also poses risks of water damage as it may leak through into the basement. It’s important to shovel snow out of your window wells before too much snow is piled in there.

Yes, but it works best with lightweight snowblowers, the single-stage models or electric versions. Also, you need to have a rubberized intake edge on the ground and preferably rubberized auger paddles, not a metal version. Otherwise you may chip or damage the surface as you work. When it doubt, let the snow lie.

You can also use a snow blower on leveled gravel, but only if you carefully adjust the intake height so it doesn’t kick up the gravel and turn it into flying missiles.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.

There is no hard and fast rule about using a snowblower on a specific amount of inches, but most snow removal experts suggest using one on 2 or more inches of snow for best results. This will also depend on what type of surface you’re working on and whether the snow is dry or wet.

If a big freeze catches you by surprise and you don’t have any deicer to hand, you can reduce the chance of taking a tumble by laying gritty, anti-slip materials. Some natural, readily-available options that don’t melt ice but offer traction underfoot include sand, wood shavings, kitty litter, and fireplace ash.
