"No one should use this bunch of idiots. I made clear to the company that I need lights changes 20 feet up. The person who was coming did not read the notes that it was a 20 foot ceiling and 20 foot ladder was required. I am now sitting her 45 minutes after the appointment was to take place with no service. I scheduled this when I had available time. Now they are not coming and I have no idea when they will come or if they will come. Do not hire them. As for Angie, it is obvious they do not do quality control or assure that those whom they recommend are actually competent. I regret using Angie to identify someone to hire."
