".A rare event in the HVAC repair industry! Same day appointment Jay arrived on time. cleaned the ducts, cleaned up the mess and tested the operation. Very pleasant young man returned same day again when advised the dryer was still giving flow sense warnings and damp clothes. Went up on roof and found a totally clogged rain cap on the vent pipe. He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged."

"NCB did a wonderful job with upgrading my washer box and drain. However, when they spliced into the 2" cast iron to the 4" main we found it so clogged up it looked like an artery ready for a heart attack. The Tech on-site took photos so I could see the before the condition in order to make a better informed decision. Replacement was the really the only option, especially since I already had clogging issues where the kitchen sink and washer drain came together before the 4" main. Plus there was a crack in the 4" main tight where this 2" t-ed in. The extra added work was done very well and the added cost was very reasonable. It definitely took care of some of my issues in dealing with old cast iron drains and sewer. I also appreciate their consideration and really pushing so I could make a previously planned appointment later in the afternoon. This allowed me to have my water turned back and tested on at days end and saved a return trip the next day. I feel the original and add-on work were reasonably priced, especially the add-on work."
