"I’m not sure how to update my review but I did attach my previous review. I was contacted by TLC field manager and he was very willing to work with me and the insurance. He was very responsive to my concerns. As of now, we’re still waiting for the house to be redone, but TLC was very professional and responsive about this whole ordeal. Description of work: Not sure why we had such bad luck with this company. Let me just start off by saying they have been courteous the whole time but they can’t seem to get the job done. First, we called them for a leak in the master bath. Upon arrival, they found the leak was from a pipe accessible from the living room. So they cut up the drywall and supposedly fixed the leak. We thought, not too bad. Minimal floor damage. Had to file a claim with insurance for the floor damage in masters. So then there was no hot water after the fix, so we had to pay for new water heater. Don’t know if they were the ones who broke it or not. Then in the middle night, the pipe they fixed bursted and now pretty much damaged the floors of the whole living room, hallway, etc. called them back and they “fixed” it but now we see saw marks on the pvc tubing next to the wall where they were sawing. Got another call in for them to come out. Meanwhile, we had to file another insurance claim meaning another deductible out of our pocket not to mention the stress of a water damaged home!"

John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable. "The service went very well.  I called and asked if a plumber could come and change our expansion tank off of our hot water heater and was told that the plumber would be there between 1 and 3.  About 15 minutes before 1, the plumber called and asked if he could come by. 
The service at the house went well and he used buckets and towels to make sure he didn't spill water everywhere.  The water that did drip on our garage floor was cleaned up before he left. 
They accept credit cards and are very professional, I'd use them again!
