"It went well. One of the apartments just needed minor repairs, complete interior painting, new stove, and carpet re-stretched. Another unit needed a lot of work: complete interior painting, strip and re-paint a wrought iron railing, new counters and sinks in kitchen and bath, new stove, re-built closet, new flooring throughout including carpet, vinyl plank, and linoleum.
