Complete Mobile Detail

They arrived a few minutes early. They were really nice and professional. What great guys! They worked very hard and stayed until the job was done well. I'm delighted with the results!

It is so nice to walk into a spotless motorhome when you start packing! 
They did a great job and it?s a little hard because it is like detailing the interior of a car plus deep cleaning a house.
I will use them again.

These people were amazing! My car was stolen and involved in a high speed chase with the police. It smelled like an ashtray inside. It is a 2005 Camry and now looks like I just drove it off the lot. 3 men came to my home and worked on it for 2 1/2 hours. All employees were extremely kind. They did an awesome job and it was worth every penny!!!!

The car was pretty dirty to begin with, and then an entire gallon of hot apple cider spilled inside...all over the front and back seats (fabric) and floors, mats, doors...even in the folds of the stick shift cover. It was too extensive for me to clean, so I searched Angie's List for a car detailed. Meanwhile, I had six towels covering the entire inside of the car so I could drive and others could sit without sticking to the seats! Complete Mobile had good grades on Angie's List, and I liked the fact that they would come to my office, so I called them first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to adjust their schedule and come to my workplace that same day. Adam and his associate spent almost 4 hours on the car (I also had them rejuvenate the headlights) and the result was amazing! While I was working inside, they completely overhauled the inside of the car and restored the headlights so they looked brand new. (They also washed the outside of the car as a courtesy, which was greatly appreciated!) I was extremely impressed with both the professionalism and experience this company showed and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the results. Adam and his two co-workers (sorry, I did not get their names) were here on time, even a little early after calling first to see if that was acceptable. It was a cold day, but they didn't complain and went right to work. It took them about 2.5 hours to complete.  The engine looks like it came off the show room floor. We were very happy and would use them again. They were all very friendly and our car looks brand new.

They did an excellent job of detailing the car.  I would have preferred a phone call confirming my appointment so I could ask questions.  I also wonder when they begin their mobile service (coming to your house to do the detailing).  We took our car to their location and returned about 3+ hours later to pick it up.

I rarely submit reviews, however I felt this one was well deserved. This
little company breathed new life into my dusty, yet well loved,
Infinite G35. They spent several hours polishing, scrubbing, scraping a
years worth of spills, crumbs and unknown scary particles from all of
the cracks and tiny crevices from the inside, outside and underneath;
including all of the hidden areas. There tedious efforts and
enthusiastic elbow grease, blood, sweat and I am quite sure, a few
tears, transformed this car into pure show room status. Well done

The folks showed up a bit late but got started after getting setup. They washed the truck, including the tire wells and gas tank intake area well. The headlight restoration was very nice as well as the engine detail. There were a few areas not completely cleaned in the engine but they said she couldn't get all the grease off this particular part. The service I was very very sad about was their scratch repair. The scratches I had you could feel with your finger nail and I told them it was. They asked for my VIN number to get the right paint. It turned out they bought one of those paint capsules that are available at Auto Zone / Checkers for ~$7 but charged me $40 for it.  Then they used the brush end of the stick and it looked very bad. It was wide and bumpy and it really messed up the paint job look. It was not smooth nor did it blend in.  He said if you stand back from the truck you can't see it. Their paint scratch repair picture on their website was not a true representation of what they do.

I called the day on Thursday, got a few details and asked if they could detail my car on Friday.  We set up an appointment at 2pm at my house.  (Cool, points for availability).  I had some errands to do on Friday but thought I could do them and make the 2pm.  At 1:50pm I got a call from them saying that I was late for my 1:30pm appointment.  I explained that the appointment was for 2pm and that I would be there in 5 minutes.  I arrived at 1:55pm and they started detailing my car.
I went in the house to wait.  I checked on them a couple of times and it seemed that they had teams of people that specialized in different things because I saw different faces each time.  After 2 hours, they rang my door bell to let me know that they were done.  I examined the car and my first impression was that it looked like it had just been driven off the car lot.  Looked great. 
When I looked a little closer I found a few issues.  First, the front window was badly streaked.  I mentioned it and they immediately started working on it.  I then noticed that the head lamps had not been cleaned.  They said that they would work on it but to really do it right I would need to purchase an additional package where they buffed the head lamps clean.  I thought that I was paying a premium for the detailing service and expected this to be a part of the package but apparently not.  (Negative points).
I paid them the money, signed some paperwork and prepared to drive my car into the garage.  I then noticed that I was missing my foot mats.  Luckily, they were still in the driveway and I asked them about them.  The guy said that they had put them aside so that they could dry and had forgot to put them back.  He said that they were still wet and suggested that I leave them out so that I didn't develop mold in my car.  He then got in the van and left.  I examined the foot mats and immediately realized that they weren't wet.  In fact, they were dusty and had never been cleaned.  Disappointing!
So, overall I was happy with how the car turned out.  The car looks great.  I have never had my car detailed before so I am not sure about my level of expectation.  I did ask around and a few friends mentioned $200 for detailing.  I had one friend that had a groupon for an $80 detailing.  For the price I paid, I expected very minor issues.  I didn't like that the guy lied to me about the foot mats and the head lamp cleaning should have been part of the service. Otherwise, I am happy with the service.  The next time I detail my car, I will try a different detailer just to see if this is par for the course or that I should have demanded more.

They did an excellent job. They didn't miss a thing from the engines to the trunk. They even detailed the motor.  I drive a 1998 Avalon.  They were late, but they gave me a call and I thought that showed a lot of professionalism.

I am pleased.  I am happy with their work.

The work that was done was great. They did an outstanding job. The actual owner worked alongside his crew to make sure everything was up to his requirements.

My Subaru is over 10 years old, and it has only been cleaned a handful of times, and was in desparate need.
Complete Mobile Detail came to my house on time, were polite and friendly, helped me clean out all my stuff from the car so they could start the cleaning, used their power and water for all the cleaning. Because I asked that the interior be focused on mainly, they offered to wash the exterior. All results were completely amazing and satisfying.
My car looks and feels new. I am very appreciative. It was worth every dollar. I would recommend it to my friends and family and anyone as an excellent experience.

I received an auto detail from my son as a gift from Complete Mobil Detail.  I have a 2008 Honda, after the detail my car was better than the day I drove it off of the showroom floor.  Adam didn't miss a thing my car was perfect, from the engine to the trunk his attention to detail was outstanding.  Who needs a new car, just take your car to Adam at Complete Mobil Detail and your car will be better than new.

When Adam Arrived he was courtious and really knowledgeable. He showed me the best way to protect my car and to keep protecting it he went thru all the products with me and showed me the chemical line he had been using for 12 years and how i could protect my interior and exterior and keep my car looking new for years to come. I am so happy i found this company i will use them for years to come.
