"They did accomplish the job, but did not seem very knowledgeable about electronics and how they are wired.  Father and son operation, and the son knew a little bit about how to hook up my various peripherals, but I had to direct regarding some of the hook-ups.  They did a professional job of the through-the-wall wire installation, but left a minimal amount of "play" in the wires, I so have difficulty cleaning behind the cabinet in which my devices were hidden, or accessing the rear of the devices.  But it all works now, and the Angie's List Deal was inexpensive.

"Excellent service from start to finish.    Even though I needed only three windows, I felt that my satisfaction was extremely important to them.    I met with Fernando several times to discuss the various window options and he took the time to meet with my roofer to make sure the installation of windows and roof would meet my objectives.    I was nothing short of amazed that my small job mattered so much to them.    The windows are beautiful and I feel that I hired the right company to do the work.    They answered all questions relating to the re-stucco portion of the job and provided the information necessary for me to decide among the various materials available.     They arrived every day on schedule and left the property totally swept and clean every day.   The foreman was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.    I am very pleased with the finished product and consider it a sound investment.

"I called and explained what I needed, Peter gave me a quote and got my address.  He texted me 10 min later and said someone would be there within the hour.  It was closer to 2 hours, but no complaint because I got same day service on a Friday afternoon!  Carlos came out and read the installation manual, inventoried the parts and built the rack on the floor first to make sure his measurements would be good.
He ran into a problem at first finding the ceiling joists (my neighbors say they've had the same problem in their garages), but he persisted and adjusted the installation to make it work and still be secure.  Once the initial brackets were bolted to the ceiling he quickly built the entire rack.  Afterwards he cleaned up and offered to take the packing boxes with him.
This "do it yourself" project wasn't as easy as it looked - I'm very glad I called Hands On Company (my weekend would have been ruined if I hadn't.)  Instead all was done by Friday evening with quality work, fair price and friendly service.  Peter and his crew are very professional -- I will use them in the future for any work around the house I need."
