The work included removal of the existing window with its nail-fin frame; purchase and installation of the new vinyl window with its nail-fin frame; installation of moisture barrier, metal lath and skim coat; and repair of the stucco around the window. "Carlos and Brian arrived and after discussing different options for the marble shelf modification, went right to work. Probably the most difficult part of the faucet installation was getting the water shut off, but I don't fault them for how long it took as it probably has been a number of years since the shut-off valves were last used. They remained upbeat and after getting the water shut off, the install of the faucet was done quickly. The shelf modification went flawlessly and the toilet lid now fits very nicely.  In all, they did a splendid job on both items and the faucet looks and works great.  They even stopped the leak caused by the previous faucet stopper for no extra charge.

"The technician arrived promptly.  We walked through the house to look at what was to be done, and I provided him with a written list (which I never saw again). The actual patching was very well done, but the texturing on about half the patches was not very good. I felt the need to remind the technician about some of the patches, and I had to touch up about three of the deeper patches later. Cleanup was reasonably well done with a broom and dustpan, except for one of the patches where there were bits of old drywall left on the floor. After I vacuumed, all was again in order.  I had the feeling that the quality of cosmetic work became lower as time went on.
In summary, the structural part of the patches was very well done, but the cosmetic part of the job was not.
