But the tilers, plasterers and flooring guys did an exceptional and beautiful job and it all fell into place nicely. There were minor delays in the project timeline mainly because of the custom nature of the project, but the delays weren't too significant to affect my overall satisfaction. Greg always made sure to keep me well informed of the situation and progress. He and the other workers also always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and the way that I wanted them. All the members of the Barnes Builders team seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final results."

"The work went great. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a contractor. The quality of MountainSide's work and customer service was outstanding. When MountainSide evaluated my project, they took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed different options for completing the work, and gave me a detailed, written estimate. Unlike the other contractors that gave me estimates, they advised me upfront that part of the work required a city permit - I checked and they were right - and took on the responsibility for getting the permit and complying with all pertinent city ordinances regarding the work.
