"Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."
We had to postpone a couple of days due to the freezing weather early January. I wasn't home the first afternoon they came but was impressed there was no mess or other evidence they had been there, just the first layer of cement in the places needed. I was home the second day they came and they laid down protective tarps in all the area's where they were working. The crew of four knew what they were doing and were very fast and efficient. They covered the cement with the first stucco layer and were gone before I realized they were done the color nearly matched and I was impressed. It turned out they had missed one crack, and when I let Alvaro know, they fixed it while working on the other areas. The third day they finished up and painted the repairs to match the original stucco perfectly. They provided a one year warrantee on workmanship and labor, which was important to me because of the time of year we were making the repairs. I was very impressed and I literally cannot tell where the repairs were made. The finish matches perfectly. I would highly recommend BluSky.

After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)"

The best way to prepare your vinyl fence for a paint job is to clean it with warm, soapy water and rinse it with a hose or pressure washer on a low setting. Be sure to let it totally dry, then sand the surface before applying an epoxy-based primer. After the primer, you're ready to paint your vinyl fence.

The best time to stain a fence is when the weather is dry and temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Late spring, early summer, and fall are typically the best seasons for this project. You should avoid staining during very hot weather, like in the middle of summer, or when it is raining. Heat and moisture can cause the stain to dry unevenly. Likewise, if it's too cold, such as in winter or early spring, the stain may not be able to dry fully. You should stain both sides of your fence to get the full benefits. Fences often fall along property lines, so you may want to save a buck by leaving your neighbor’s side in the dust. If you do that, all you get is a slightly better view. Moisture and UV rays can still sneak in through the side that’s unpainted or worn down and damage your fence. Rot and rust will spread, even if you can’t see it from your side of the lawn.
When applying multiple coats, wait four to six hours for each coat to dry. Not waiting long enough can result in streaks, peeling, and uneven color. Plus, it will be more difficult to discern where the second coat has already been applied.
