Gary was very responsive and when they started remediation, the black mold was worse than expected. They were helpful in determining the source of the leak, which confirmed the fix we had done. A finishing layer is an important step in the staining process. A top coat helps make a stain last longer by protecting it from spills, scratches, and natural weathering.
