While we concentrate on personal service to our residential customers, we are available for commercial and industrial work also. While we usually ask for payment upon completion of the job, we can be flexible under some conditions. On larger jobs, we operate on a draw vs. % of completion system. On most larger residential jobs, we bill for 65% on completion of the rough stage and balance on completion of trim stage (100% completion of job).
