"Went well, definitely happy with the product and quality. Felt like the project took a bit longer than we thought it would, but we knew there was a lot of work to be done. Ruele worked with us to do some remodeling to get to what we wanted, whereas other people only told us what they were willing to do. Staff was very friendly and nice to be around. "Mark came up to provide the estimate. He was very knowledgable, very professional, and very personable. We discussed the different types of film and came up with what would work best for my house. After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. I was super pleased with this company and and their installation crew.
