I wish they would've worked with the warranty company better. They were supposed to get back with me the next day for the repair and they didn't get back with me until a week later.

They did an excellent job.  Very knowledgeable.  My complaint is it took at least 5 calls to get them to come.  They would make an appointment and not show up and not call.  This happened time after time, it's not like they were running late, it was like there never was an appointment, no follow up call when they didn't show up, nothing.  When I finally did get them to come and start work everything was fine.  I'd use them again if I had plenty of time to wait for them.

My ranch is about 40 miles out of town. Two very nice guys showed up about 1 1/2 hours after I called for help. They ran a rooter down the line twice which clear the stoppage. They were very professional.

The installation went very well. The installers were friendly, respectful and took pride in their work. I was impressed with their attention to detail and making sure the installation was professional and complete. They discovered a problem with the air handler and instead of fixing it, they stopped and ordered a new one. Took a coupla extra days to get the new air handler in. I'm very satisfied with the installation.

Terrible, Thier technician came to do our periodic in spection of our system. While doing the work he found that the crankcase heater on the compressor was bad. I was told that he would have to ask someone back at the shop if this could be replaced or if we just needed to replace the whole thing. A couple of weeks later the technician returned with the part and tried to replace it. After many hours of monkeying with it he gave up. We agreed that because the unit was quite old, it probably needed to be replaced, and theywould have a sales person come out and give us an estimate. After several weeks of waiting, and receiving a $650 bill for the non work that was done on our system, we went to the office to find out what was going on we found that we owed the money for the labor, even though he didn't fix it and our file was not in the active pile. They did at that time said thay would be out to give us an estimate. He did come out and looked everything over, and said hee would get back to us with the estimate. Several more weeks and still not hearing from the people we found another company to do the work and will never deal with these people again.

My wife and I were Remodeling an old house we had recently bought. We called this company to have a new Center heat and a/c unit installed. the sales guy came out and walked us throug the whole process and even help us pick out the correct unit for our new house. The installation went really smooth and the installers worked hard to get the unit in by the completion date that the salesman set for them. The installers showed up at 8:00am and got right to work the first day and worked all day and most of the second day to finish the job. After all the work was completed we paid our bill and everything seemed fine and we were extremely satisfied with this company. So much that we referred them to my grandmother for her new unit. About a year and a half later, there was water coming from out of the closet where the main unit was at. I had to call the company to come back out to see what the problem was. they charged me for an emergency call out and decided that the problem was due to the fact that the drain line was in a hole and it was filled with mud. They guys responding to my call told me I should not put the drain tube in the hole where it was at and it should be moved or capped. I thought about it a minute and let them know that their company was the one that installed it. They just said oh, well have a good day and here is your bill, sorry this is not covered under your warranty. I called the sales guy the next day and said this isn't right, he came out and fixed the problem and then made me wait for 2 weeks for a refund on the service call that I had paid. About 3 months later I received a phone call stating that it was time for my bi-annual inspection of the unit. I was told in the beginning that when we paid for the system that these inspections were included in the price of the unit. When the tech came to my home and did the inspection, he said all looks good. He then filled out a service ticket and had me sign it. The are that shows the total amount that is owed was blank, no charge. A week later I received a bill for $100 from this company for that service call. And I am now responsible for paying this amount twice a year. I told the ladies in the office that was not our understanding. Sher told me that they have to check the unit twice a year to make sure nothing is wrong with the unit. I explained to her that i Had an 10 year warranty on this unit. Five years that came with the unit and and additional five years that I purchased when the unit was installed. She then told me that the warranty is only good as long as they are inspecting the unit twice a year at $100 each inspection. I told her that I felt this was dishonest of their company, and she said sorry but that's the way things are. She did delete my service amount owed, and then asked when they could come back out again. I told not until I have a problem with the unit. She then told me that my warranties would become null and void. This is whe
