In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. After receiving two quotes, one firm in Albuquerque for $6.2K and one in Las Cruces for $600.00 I knew that something wasn't right. I searched Home Advisor and found Gary. My initial contact and conversation was a fabulous experience. The quote for mold remediation was very fair. The pre & post tests of the air quality and mold spore count on effected surfaces was included in the remediation task. Gary and his team did a fabulous job of cleaning up post the mold remediation. Joey and his crew were able to take care of each issue and charged us a fair amount for the extra work performed. We were very impressed with his willingness to get the job done in a timely manner.
