Mannie is a wonderful respectful person, however, you have to keep on him to get the job done. He must find workers that want to work daily not when it's convenient for them (He had a hard time getting help) but when he did get help the work got done. Overall I would give him an 9 out of 10. The final product was clean, smooth, and his corners were excellent. I would recommend Mannie, however, you have to be ready to keep on him. NOTE: If he says 2 weeks plan on 4.

All work was outstanding. These guys are artists. You could not tell the difference between new and repaired areas. The plaster job on the fireplace is a work of art. The crew took great pains to clean up every time they left the premises, very little dust in or out of the immediate work area. Manny Jaquez frequently reviewed the work of his crew for any discrepancies and made sure they were made right. The few concerns that I had were handled immediately and to my complete satisfaction. The only niggles I had are that he is not always prompt in returning his calls or being on time for an appointment.
He may charge a little more than some, but the results are well worth it.

They're really good, he's pretty expensive but he's reliable, and does really good work. He really took time in looking at all areas of drywall that I needed, the only thing is he's expensive and as long as I keep calling him, he is good. He did a good work and the only hard part was that I have to kinda keep on him, most of the time he was here but sometimes he's late.

Jaquez drywall was the least expensive of 3 quotes (by a couple thousand) and when complete, there were no additional or hidden charges. They charged what they quoted. Jaquez drywall textured ceilings/walls and places that required patches, yet you cannot tell where the patches are, the match is that perfect. Meticulous tape job in each room where work needed to be performed, but also and quot;papered downand quot; on walkways including the front porch - so no damage/stains on floors inside or outside the house. Manny (owner) supervised personnel once-twice a day, and asked us if we had any questions, problems, or concerns. Workers also fixed dryer elbow connection (unfinished contract work) and fixed tape-tight drywall to floor in largest room giving it a clean look. This project took 3 weeks and personnel were punctual. They did a terrific job!

Manny Jaquez (owner of Jaquez Drywall) is great to work with and very helpful - when you can get him to answer his phone or show up for appointments. Once his crew is on the job they are very efficient and thorough in their work.
We had them repair all of the cutouts left by electricians after our house was rewired. This meant that they fixed and re-textured all of the walls in our house. The walls are now flawless and we didn't have to ask Manny to redo any work - it was all done perfectly the first time. The crew is also clean and respectful of the house/property.
The only issue is getting Manny to answer or show up, which is worth tolerating since the work is done so well once they do show up.

Manny came to inspect the job and told us what to expect. He gave us a quote with all the proper information. When we told him the job was his, he scheduled and was there ON TIME he and his crew masked our house so well all other areas remained clean and livable.the work was done and they were gone. It looked like we had a new home! My yard was cleaner after they left....why because they do such a great job picking up all the scraps and debris. I will use this company again without question! .

We would hire Jaquez Drywall again without hesitation. Our stucco project was complicated, with unusual trim pieces and other issues, but this contractor did a beautiful job. Any problems were addressed immediately, and they cleaned up the worksite thoroughly.
We especially appreciated the inspections Manny Jaquez did in the evenings to catch any incipient problems. If all contractors were as skilled and easy to work with as Jaquez Drywall, there would be more happy customers in Northern New Mexico.
