Lionel is a superb builder as well as an honest businessman. We hired Lionel for a significant construction job on our existing home. Lionel laid out the job in detail, provided a thorough estimate, and came in on budget. Based on that excellent experience, we had him build us a cabin in the mountains. Lionel was an exemplary contractor, laying out the project, establishing both fix prices and allowances based on the component of the job, and stuck to these prices without the shifty add-ons that you get from many contractors. His workmanship is superb, and he has a network of subcontractors who also performed at a high level. He ensured that his workers and subs kept the job site clean and completed the work to his exacting standards, even if that required additional work. Every nail/ screw in the manufacture of the building is not redundant. This represents a compromise in the structural integrity of the Tuff Shed. These are the company’s policies. EXCELLENCE POLICY: Taking all necessary steps to create the best products and supply the best services. INTEGRITY POLICY: Living up to our promises, commitments and responsibilities. Both of their policies were not fulfilled in construction of my shed!!"
