"The communication with the estimator who presented a complete written estimate, and with the workers was excellent and consistent throughout the project. I found that to be most satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently, the counter top required special fitting and turned out beautifully. All the completed project with its many parts was addressed and completed to my satisfaction. Additionally the cooperation in use of masks and care of the working space was very well addressed. "Aside from the delay in making an appointment, everything went smoothly.  He arrived exactly on time and cleaned up afterwards. One edge of the drywall did  not hit the stud so he worked with  a leftover piece of wood  I had  to fix that problem.  All other materials were provided by them.  The gap on the adjoining wall (between the wall and the garage door) was also covered.  Overall I was very pleased with the work.

But due to my travels, work was done in increments: master bath, kitchen, guest bathroom, and then in June a one day outside job in which a new door was put on a storage unit, and my security door was given a new coat of paint."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
