Work was completed within 1 week of estimated time and included new windows and french door installation, replacement of 3 windows, retexture and paint ceilings, new flooring, new cabinets, new baseboards and painting throughout. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"From the salesman to the project manager to the workers, this was professional pleasurable experience. The company's culture was evident as everyone bent over backwards to ensure that the customer experience was optimal. They brought their own portable toilet and were very gentle with plants and bushes. The salesman Steve and foreman Jay communicated through the phases of project and most importantly of all, my house looks better than my neighbors' who used what looked like "two guys and a truck". About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
